Michel Jean Chair-Man & CEO

 

He is the visionary founder of the Advancement of the New Generation Institute (ANG-I), where he champions ethical leadership and values-driven growth among young people. With over a decade in youth leadership, he brings a unique ability to inspire the next generation toward meaningful societal impact. Michel holds degrees in Health Science from Palm Beach State College (2016) and Florida Atlantic University (2019) and is pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at the University of Miami. His eight years as a Travel-Certified Technologist have shown him the impact of healthcare disparities, fueling his public health advocacy within the Haitian community and his mission to advance equitable healthcare access through community empowerment.

Wilmide J. Jean, Vice Chair & CFO

         

A dedicated advocate for youth empowerment with a lifelong commitment to guiding yo toward positive growth. She has served in various youth ministries throughout her career, bringing compassion and leadership to her work. With over five years of experience as a Family Supporter and Counselor, Wilmide has provided essential support to youth and families in her community, fostering resilience and personal development.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Supervisory Management from Palm Beach State College and is advancing her expertise through a Master’s in Medical Social Work. Wilmide’s focus on empowering young people and strengthening family dynamics reflects her deep commitment to community well-being and her dedication to fostering meaningful, positive change.

Fernande E. Francoeur, Committee Director

Brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in the Glades Area. She holds a BA in Health Administration from Palm Beach State College, specializing in Supervision and Management. Working with diverse families and community partners has deepened her commitment to serving the nonprofit sector. Having personally benefited from nonprofit parenting and home visitation programs, Fernande gained insights into positive parenting, which helped her grow as both a mother and community advocate. Now, through ANG-I, she is dedicated to uplifting the community and enhancing the quality of life for those she serves.
