He is the founder of ANG-Institute, a Leadership and Advocacy Institute dedicated to ethical leadership and community advancement. His work empowers emerging leaders to create meaningful and lasting societal impact.

Wilmide J. Jean

Wilmide is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment with years of experience guiding young people toward positive growth. With a background in family support and counseling, she brings compassion, leadership, and a deep commitment to strengthening communities.

With over 15 years of nonprofit experience in the Glades Area, Fernande is committed to strengthening families and communities. Her work is shaped by both professional expertise and personal insight into the impact of positive parenting and community support.
