Committee Director
With over 15 years of nonprofit experience in the Glades Area, Fernande is committed to strengthening families and communities. Her work is shaped by both professional expertise and personal insight into the impact of positive parenting and community support.

Chief Advisor
Elie Joseph serves as Chief Advisory Officer of ANG-Institute, providing strategic guidance to support the organization’s mission and long-term vision. He works closely with leadership to offer insight and advice that strengthen programs and community initiatives.

Director of Technology & Media
is a computer technician and media professional with a passion for communication and technology. At ANG-Institute, he supports digital systems and media initiatives that strengthen the organization’s outreach and community engagement.

Director of Programs
Chriscendie Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare and is passionate about learning, personal development, and community engagement. At ANG-Institute, she leads program initiatives that promote growth, wellness, and meaningful impact within the communities served.

Director of Haiti Programs & Community Outreach
Jimmy Jean is the founder of Jim-J Multi-Services LLC and is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through financial and administrative guidance. At ANG-Institute, he leads Haiti-focused initiatives, helping expand access to resources, education, and community development efforts.
